Will is a dynamic and innovative creative leader with over 16 years of experience in audio and video production. As a two-time Telly Award winner, Will has a proven track record of conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality multimedia content that engages audiences and achieves strategic goals. At IDEA Public Schools, he leads a talented team of videographers, overseeing all phases of video production, from initial concept to final delivery. His leadership and collaborative approach have fostered a creative and efficient work environment, earning accolades for impactful campaigns.
Will has also taught Audio/Video Production at San Antonio ISD, where he enhanced students’ analytical skills and encouraged teamwork through hands-on projects. His passion for storytelling and deep understanding of sound design were also honed during his time as Senior Sound Designer at Liquid Entertainment in Pasadena, CA, where he managed end-to-end audio production for gaming platforms.
He holds degrees in Radio, Television Broadcasting and Recording Arts, and has further honed his expertise through a Strategic Storytelling program at Cornell University, which deepened his understanding of narrative development and audience engagement.
Will loves being outdoors, spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing guitar, and telling stories. He especially enjoys the mountains of West Texas.
