Will entered the ministry in June, 1984 after hearing God speak to him while driving home from a wedding. He soon found himself busy speaking at churches in southwest Missouri.
In late 1984, he became the pastor of The New Testament Church in Monet, MO. After a year as pastor, Will left to enter Bible College and further his biblical education. He completed his Ph.D. in 1992.
In 2008, Will, and his wife Gretchen, began a journey to find God’s heart for their lives. That journey culminated in the renaming of their ministry to R.A.G.E. Ministries, Inc in 2012, an online, organic ministry which teaches the Scripture in a verse-by-verse format.
