Is Ezekiel 38/39 Before or After the Rapture?

Revelation 20 tells us of Gog and Magog coming up against Jesus whilst he is King of the Earth, in Jerusalem.

There is a teaching which believes this war is a contemporary war, taking place before the second coming of Christ. However that teaching is flawed.

The details of the text of Ezekiel 38/39 show none of the details line up with current Israel, yet it does line up with the details of the millennial kingdom.
