This study follows the story of Moses and the people of Israel beginning with their days as slaves in Egypt, to the call of Moses and the plagues of God's judgment, to their trek through the desert, and ending with their encampment around Mt. Horeb. In addition to examining the text of scripture, the study will review Egyptian history, ancient custom and practice, and the meaning of the Law and Tabernacle.
